Events in the City - Event Management

Planning Services:

Events in the City offers both full planning and partial planning services that are completely “customizable” according to your needs. The following are our Planning Packages:

City Limits “Consulting” Planning Package:

You have the time and ability to coordinate your event but you need direction, guidance and a party checklist or wedding checklist to keep you on track. This package starts at $450 (depending on client needs.)

City Lights “Day of” Planning Package:

You intend to book all your vendors for your event. You are just looking to have your event day run smoothly and on schedule so you can be a guest at your own celebration. This package starts at $850.00 (depending on number of guests.)

  • Communication starts three (3) months before the event to review the details of all the vendors that you have decided on and selected.

  • We will communicate with your vendors to make sure that everything will be on schedule on the day of event.

  • We will be present at any rehearsals within three (3) months to the event.

  • Detailed timeline (from the time you’re awake until the event is finished) for the host of the party.

Big City “Full Detail” Planning Package:

You need help with every detail of your event but would like to make all final decisions and selections. You want the day of and the whole planning process to be STRESS FREE. This package starts at $1,500 (depending on number of guests and number of months to plan.)

  • Unlimited phone calls, e-mails and text messages starting from contract signing to the day of your event.

  • Vendor referrals and any phone calls or emails necessary to assist with your vendors and contract.

  • Personal attendance to all vendor appointments as requested.

  • Assistance in design and decoration choices and or installations as needed.

  • Full rehearsal assistance including any pre-event events.

  • All details from the “Day of” package included.

  • Post event assistance (thank you letters, posting photos online, following up with end products from vendors) for up to one month after the event.

It’s Your City “Customized” Planning Package:

You have certain aspects covered but have a few specific details that you need help on. You can definitely pick and choose only the services you need.
